So I went to MOMs group yesterday. Not really noteworthy because I help run it so I’m pretty much ALWAYS there. But something noteworthy happened yesterday that warranted a blog post… There was a new mom there who I’d been emailing with for a week or two, and the second she walked in, I knew that I knew her.

I was on my way home when it hit me – and I mean HIT ME. She was my best friend from Kindergarten. I moved away the summer I turned seven and I think we saw each other once after that… In other words, it’s been forEVER. But we both knew. I emailed her and we had a giant laugh about it (and both called our moms).

SUPER RANDOM and kind of awesome. It’s been making me smile ever since.
